Consequential Robotics’ Miro-E cloud-based education program that helps children of all ages develop essential coding skills to prepare them for the jobs of the future.

MiRo by Consequential Robotics is a new generation of social robots, designed to improve lives. Most of them are in university labs, being used as prototypes to understand how they could advance education in STEM subjects and computing, better preparing students for many future jobs that will involve robotics.

Funding from Innovate UK’s Sustainable Innovation Fund helped the company develop their MiRo-E program that can be used for free in any classroom. The robust platform helps children learn to write robotic programmes themselves, allowing them to develop coding skills while becoming responsible and caring problem solvers, with a deeper understanding of the world around them.
